A therapist trained in lymph drainage massage stimulates the lymph system through light, circular movements. This detoxifying treatment supports your body ’ s natural immune system, fighting fatigue and reducing swollen tissue. The massage can be performed with deep pressure in the Chinese style, or lighter pressure as with Western technique.
